“You had asked me to send you something regarding a “Testimonial” for your new website. So I began to think about Navigate and your service. As I thought about it, I realized i do not hear from you very often and I rarely hear from Armando that he has any “open” issues or items with you. Then I began to think about the capital we invest in your services and tried to figure out what we are paying you for. Then, just like a light bulb lighting up, I realized we pay you so we do not need to deal with you! In other words, our system has become so stable, that my original thought was “why do we need Navigate”? Then Armando reminded me, life before Navigate was filled with crashes, down time, non-communicating printers and peripherals, locked up systems and so on. Life since Navigate took over the account, has been an amazing breath of fresh air. From the initial site inspection, to execution of the new equipment, software and processes has become completely “seamless”. Everything has been stable, everything works and most importantly, when the rare occasion has occurred and we needed Navigate assistance, it was almost instantaneous. Like in boating, it is always better to go on your friends boat as opposed to your own boat, as it is much less expensive and much less aggravating. Navigate has taken the hassle, frustration, agony and pain out of our IT Hardware support. All of our systems are functioning perfectly and we have recently tested our “Disaster Recovery Plan” to insure everything is working perfectly. Navigate has been our “partner” in insuring we are up to date in our programs, and our hardware. Numerous suggestions and helpful guidance has been your daily MO and I must say, we have been problem free and headache free as well. The stability of our network is worth the cost of your service and when you factor in “response time” when there is an issue, you are second to none.  So to summarize, I would certainly recommend Navigate to anyone with any network computer system.”
