In 2006 Navigate made a defining change in the way we do business with our customers, switching from a reactive break-fix hourly consulting firm to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering a proactive support solution for a low fixed monthly cost. With a significant investment in monitoring and support tools this change allowed us to align our goals with the goals of our customers.
